Abstract
As variáveis envolvidas no processo de aquisição das habilidades terapêuticas se tornaram objeto de estudo da psicologia, visto sua importância na formação do psicólogo. O objetivo do estudo foi realizar uma revisão bibliográfica para explicitar quais seriam estas habilidades, o papel da supervisão e outras variáveis envolvidas neste processo. Concluiu-se que muito já pode ser previsto e controlado neste contexto, mas ainda são necessárias mais pesquisas na área.
