Abstract
Em conformidade com a Resolução n° 05/83 do Conselho Federal de Educação, o Conselho de Ensino e Pesquisa - CONSEP da Universidade de Taubaté - UNITAU aprovou e promulgou a Deliberação n° 78/98 editada em 09/06/98 onde foram estabelecidas as normas referentes à organização e funcionamento do Programa de Pós-Graduação Stricto Sensu em Engenharia Ambiental - nível de Mestrado e Doutorado, consoante com os preceitos legais aplicáveis do Artigo 207 da Constituição Federal, da Lei de Diretrizes e Bases da Educação Nacional, Lei n° 9394, de 20/12/96, do Decreto n° 2.0306 de 19/ 08/97 e disposições do Estatuto e do Regimento Geral da Universidade de Taubaté, bem como a orientação da CAPES e outros órgãos pertinentes. Atendendo a proposta do Conselho do Programa, em 28/12/2000 o CONSEP homologou sua nova denominação para Programa de Pós-Graduação em Ciências Ambientais, bem como a nova estrutura disciplinar, em atendimento às características de um Programa Multidisciplinar...
