Abstract
Nesta edição da Revista Uniara há uma homenagem à cidade de Araraquara elaborada por renomados pesquisadores que dedicaram parte de sua carreira ao estudo desta história. Este momento é oportuno considerando que no dia 22 de agosto de 2015 o município completou 198 anos
