Perfil químico da cera cuticular, betume e pólen de duas espécies de abelhas sem ferrão: tetragonisca weyrauchi (jati) e a tetragonisca angustula (jataí) nativas do estado do Acre

Abstract
Os meliponíneos são abelhas sociais da classe dos insetos de ampla diversidade de espécies, do grupo de abelhas indígenas sem ferrão, que produzem mel. Apesar de importância ecológica e medicinal das abelhas da tribo Meliponinae, raros são os estudos na caracterização do perfil químico que estas espécies produzem em suas colmeias. Neste sentido, foram estudados o perfil químico da cera cuticular das abelhas, betume (cera) e pólen de duas espécies: Tetragonisca weyrauchi (Schwarz,1943), conhecida por Jati, coletada no campus de Rio Branco da Universidade Federal do Acre, e da Tetragonisca angustula (Latreille, 1811), Jataí, coletada no município de Acrelândia, Acre. No laboratório de química foi processada a extração com hexano da cera cuticular dos insetos sacrificados, o pólen manualmente e o betume em estufa à temperatura de 80ºC. O perfil químico foi realizado utilizando cromatografia gasosa acoplada à espectrometria de massas (CG/EM) e espectroscopia na região do infravermelho (IV). As análises revelaram a presença de hidrocarbonetos lineares de cadeia longa como heptacosano (C27), nonacosano (C29), hentriacontano (31) e tritriacontano (C33), ésteres metílicos e etílicos como o hexadecanoato de metila e hexadecanoato de etila e triterpenos pentacíclicos como β-amirina, α-amirina e seus acetilados, lupeol, acetato de lupeol e a lupenona. Destaques no perfil químico foram observados na espécie Jati, com a identificação de ésteres etílicos como o palmitato de etila (11,16) e docosanoato de etila (2,13) presente no pólen, e o acetato de lupeol presente somente na cera cuticular da espécie Jataí.
