Stress no Professor: Fontes, Sintomas e Estratégias de Controle

Abstract
Este artigo faz uma breve discussão sobre stress no professor, tendo como referência abordagens psicológicas e pedagógicas. Apresenta resultados de pesquisas e experiências relativas ao stress ocupacional, revelando as fontes, os sintomas e as estratégias de controle. Ressalta a importância de conhecer os comportamentos estressantes para o seu enfrentamento e, assim, garantir a qualidade de vida e a eficácia no exercício profissional do professor.
